White Screen, after I made a code change, then changed back

I was working in the Comment-Template file (in Dreamweaver) and I removed a chunk of code from the Comment-Template. Of course that put my entire site on a white screen of death http error 500. So naturally I put the code back, just a simple CTRL Z and then uploaded the file back to my domain. However I’m still getting a white screen… That makes no sense.

Does anyone please have a solution or thoughts on this? Could it be a cache issue on my server? This was the only change I made, and I Reverted it back but it still isn’t fixing the issue.

It’s not a plugin issue (I just tested for that).
