White screen after installing plugin

    Hi there,

    Just now I tried to install and activate the plugin. But right after activating the plugin I immediately see just a white screen. At the front-end and the back-end. Only after deleting the file through FTP everything is back to normal again. I tried it again after that. After installing, nothing happens yet. But as soon as I click the activate button, everything turn white.

    Do you know what might cause this and how I can solve this?

    I deleted the plugin so everything works fine now. I hope you can find what causes this.

    It seems most likely that this is a conflict with some other plug-in, but there’s no way I can determine this from looking at your site, I’m afraid.

    It sounds like your site is configured to display no PHP errors; if you have an error log where you can find out what actually happened to cause the white screen or can enable PHP error reporting so that you can tell me what the error is, I can help you.
