• I see this in similar threads but I had the same issue. White screen after updating to the 3.2.1 version and logging in. Went back to the previous version using WP Rollback and the login worked again.

Sounds like a fatal error. Can you confirm which version you updated to and whether or not any fatal errors showed up in your web server error log? If not, what do you see when you turn on WordPress debug? Can you also confirm your PHP version?

    Thanks!

Thank you for the reply. I’m currently using version 3.2 of the plugin. I tried to update to 3.2.1 but that’s when the error occurred. I checked in cPanel and it looks like the site is using PHP 7.3.6 Here’s what I found out regarding the error from my host company:

Well, that would do it, but nothing in there points to or relates to our plugin. It’s not clear at all why moving up to 3.2.1 would cause that if things work fine on 3.2.

Is there a theme update available? Everything in that fatal error points to a theme issue, but I’m not sure how that would conflict either.

If you have a Toolkit Pro license it may be useful (after you confirm about the theme) to get temporary admin access via our website. Otherwise it might still be useful to report that fatal error to the theme vendor and see if they have ideas.

And out of curiousity, if you disable our Front End Login module temporarily, then update to the latest version of the Toolkit, do things still break? That would at least narrow it to a login module conflict.
