White screen after "successful" deployment

Hi, I have a weird problem after a “successful” deployment using duplicator, and it is different from all the other “white screen” problems I can find on this forum.

The deployment ran smoothly and everything looked normal, I can log in to my site to finish all the steps required by duplicator, and the site loads as expected in that state (logged in).

However, if I am not logged in, all I can see is a white screen, this is the case with every page I tried on the site.

Two additional notes:
1. The domain fei2china.com does have a SSL certificate installed, but https is only enforced on checkout pages. Not an E-commerce site, but it does have WooCommerce installed for occasional transactions.

2. For testing purpose, the same package was successfully deployed on another domain without any issue. https://fei2china.betterwings.net
