    Hi @mathilde-rivoire,

It seems to me there is a conflict with another plugin. To find the conflict, I’d recommend installing the WordPress Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This can help you identify which plugin is causing the issue without showing your visitors a broken site.

After installing and activating, you can follow these steps:

    • Go to Installed plugins
    • Next to Burst Statistics, you will see a new option ‘Troubleshooting’. Click.
    • You should now be running only Burst Statistics. Go to the Burst Statistics page and check if the error persists. If it does not persist, the issue is not caused by Burst. If it does, please let me know, and we will look into it further.
    • If the issue did not persist, try enabling all your other plugins one by one and check if the issue returns. This way, you can determine which plugin is causing the conflict.

If you know which plugin is causing the conflict, we can do some tests and try to solve the problem. If the problem is not caused by another plugin, please let us know and we will try to solve the issue aswell.

    Kind regards,
    Hessel

    Hi @hesseldejong

Il did what you told me. The issue does not persists. But I don’t know if it is a plugin conflict, because I have a clone of this website, and Burst works with all same plugins, same configuration, everything updated…
    What can I do ?

    regards

    Hi @mathilde-rivoire,

Even though the same plugins are used between the environments, it could be that an error/warning occurs on only one of those sites. And therefore the issue with the Burst Dashboard might occur on one of these sites; but not the other.

As the issue was resolved by disabling all plugins on the site, the best way to go would be to narrow down the cause to a specific plugin.

So, after you’ve resolved the issue by disabling the plugins; re-enable them one by one, and check the Burst Dashboard after each plugin you enable, so you can verify if that caused the issue to return.

As soon as the issue appears again after enabling a specific plugin; this will tell you that this plugin was very likely to be related, and we can proceed from there!

    Kind regards, Jarno
