  • You can use an ftp client or the file manager in your hosts control panel to remove it.

What seems to be the problem? Maybe we can resolve it together? The most common point of failure for any plugin is million of other plugins installed besides the one who “breaks” it. What do you have installed? And yes, you can use ftp to remove any plugin ??

I’ll mark this thread as resolved because of no feedback from original poster.
    Cheers!

    How so?

    A) it has not even been 24 hours
    B) You are not the one who started the thread.

    Will you please explain?

This thread is tagged quick-chat, and Quick Chat is little plugin i would like to support. If there is any problem with Quick Chat i would really like to correct it. Unfortunately I can’t support anything without feedback, but you’re probably right that I’ve marked it resolved to soon. So “not resolved” is back. Please lentildude give more info so I could make eventual changes, thanks in advance.

Thank you for the response. I am aware of your association with the plugin, and I completely agree with everything you said.

I simply do not think it is appropriate for you (or anyone else) to mark threads resolved for others in the complete absence of any evidence of resolution, or even any hint of constructive dialog surrounding the issue. Especially if you happen to be the plugin developer or re-distributor. It looks pretty bad.

    Just my opinion.
