• Dear all,

This morning, the WordPress White Screen of Death appeared on all pages of my website (including admin). After trying the following solutions, it’s still there:

    1) De-activating the plugins (both via FTP and via myPHP)
    2) De-activating the themes
    3) Re-installing wp-admin and wp-includes
    4) Increasing my PHP memory limit to 256MB (the max of my hosting server).
    5) Trying to set DEBUG=true and DEBUG_LOG=true.

Because the fifth step is neither working, I have no clue on how to proceed.. Is there anyone with the solution?

    Thank you in advance!

    Oh that is super odd.

Have you tried reaching out to your hosting company about this yet? It may sound like you’ll need to see if they also keep error logs else where. I know some hosting companies have defined paths for that too.

Have you tried re-installing WordPress from a clean download yet?

I have tried reaching out to my hosting company, they told me they couldn’t do anything but remove my complete database and that seemed a bit much for me haha.

I’ve looked for error logs everywhere in my database, haven’t found them so far. The clean download I’ve tried for the wp-admin and wp-includes, just not wp-content as everything would be gone then.
