White Screen Of Death on Local Host

Hello Everyone.

I seem to have encountered a very tough problem. I am developing on localhost and i get a white screen of death.
To solve this problem, i have done the following
i) Changing the wp_debug and wp_debug log to true
ii) There are no plugins installed so, not sure if it is a plugging issue
iii) Ive defined the memory define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ ); as so.
iv) Ive changed themes, and it seems that the problem is only in mine

Also, im using pycharm and the nav walker github project to add bootstrap nav on my functions.php. Not sure if it is bringing errors to my page, but you never know.

I am also using worpress by bitnami.
