White Screen of Death on non www URL input

Hi All,

Just updated from 3.1 to 3.42, and got everything back to “smooth” status.

But I am getting email from readers who say they are getting the White Screen of Death. I tore the whole install apart, and followed all the steps to a dozen or more search pages. No joy.

In the end, I narrowed it down to a URL problem.

When I type in https://www.mysite.com, it works fine (this is the value in “settings” by the way).

When I type mysite.com, it is the White Screen.

This was not the case prior to the upgrade.

Is there some kind of alias I need to add to a config file to fix this?
