White screen of death (Theme related)

  • Hello,

    My website was working fine. However recently when we try to access the website, it flashes for one second then it disappears. When I change the theme the website appears in a very disorganized manner.

    Any suggestion on how to fix the issue on the theme?

    Your site is facing this error, "https://alfanoossc.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/iStock-639926202.jpg Could not be loaded !"

    Please check it and increase your site memory.

    I don’t see a white screen when viewing your site, nor do I see a 404 on the image noted above. There is a 404 on a jQuery script, though.

    As @makewebbetter suggested, try increasing your website memory limit.

    I wasn’t able to load your site properly using Chrome.

    However, inspecting your website’s source code I found out you are using an outdated version of Revolution Slider (5.4.5 specifically which is from last year).

    Tip: try to keep your plugins and WordPress core up-to-date.

    Hello @makewebbetter, thank you for your answer. I did increase the website memory but with no help. I will let you know if I figured out how to solve the problem.

    Hello @sterndata, thank you for your reply. Indeed, the problem only occurs in Chrome, but most people use Chrome anyways.

    Hello @juan2machado, I did update all the plugins, the website still gets slower and slower. I will let you know if I find a solution. Thanks.
