white screen on customise page

    Hello Friends ,

    I have a problem . My wp work great . I use wp 2 years on my web side with no problem. When I need updated logo and some modification I open the customize page . I see left bar with all choice but live view is not workink. it has only white screen.

    I check config.php with debug mode on but there is no problem. after I disable all plugins step by step and I found problem pluging “woocommerce”.

    when I disable woocommerce plugin live view is working.

    I check 3 differents themes.and check ie and mozilla and chrome. problem continues

    Hey @tidrisagalar,

    Can you please perform proper conflict testing by disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, and changing to the Storefront theme?

    Please let me know if you see the live preview in the Customizer (with just Storefront and WooCommerce active).

    If it works, reactivate the Bistro theme first and check again. If still working, go on and reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

    Thank you Mirko , I found the real problem with your support.

    I checked with step by step as your advise . the problem is for plugin image optimizer. and now the problem solved.

    From here, you can reach the relevant image optimizer plugin authors for further checks on the issue, if you’d wish to keep using their plugin.

    Hello, I am having the same problem, when I try to going to “customize page” in WordPress, I receive a WSoD. I know the reason is WooCommerce because I test deactivating all the plugins one by one. In the same way, I tried with all the suggests of Mirko: I changed the theme (from Hello Elementor to Storefront) and it doesn’t resolve, I checked the others plugins when WooCommerce is working, but also doesn’t resolve, how I can fix this?
