white screen problem

Hi, I installed and was deactivating plugins when the site crashed. I deleted the plugin using ftp from plugin folder and deleted the mu-plugins folder. I then dropped the wp_po_plugins using phpmyadmin from the database.

I then installed it again but it seems the same problem exists. Somewhere it is storing the settings. Can you let me know where the settings are in the DB being stored and what I need to delete.
