    Hi —

nextgen gallery pro just updated V1.1 -> V2.1.4
    mysql 5.5.41
    php 5.4.16
    apache mod_rewrite active
    php safe mode off
    host own dedicated server

plugins Auto Mobile Theme Switcher, Gravity Forms, NextGEN Gallery, NextGen Gallery PRO, Permalink Editor, Really Simple CAPTCHA, Redirection, UberMenu 2 – WordPress Mega Menu Plugin, WordPress Importer, WordPress SEO

    ISSUE:

I’m running a wordpress multisite installation. One particular site that was previously running nextgen gallery pro stopped working after doing a round of updates.

Tried the default theme and no other plugins, but as soon as i enable both nextgen gallery and nextgen gallery pro, i get white screen with no errors (even with WP debug enabled) on all pages (public and admin).

If only one of the two nextgen plugins is enabled there are no white screens.

Also, both plugins work without issue on another site in the same installation that hasn’t run nextgen gallery before.

PS – I am just a sysadmin for this network install and the site was imported with nextgen plugins for a client i have no contact with, i don’t know their pro login and i cannot open a case on the pro site, please answer me here.

    Thanks

@photocrati – perhaps i should have put my PS as the first line of my post, but let me repeat:

Or – can you tell me how i can look up the login email based on our license key so i can try and initiate the process of figuring out who i can contact on my end to retrieve this login information.

@fred Kilbourn – Good to know you sorted this out. Thanks for the update and our apologies for not being able to provide support for NextGEN Pro here as it is against the forum’s rules.

    Fred,

What did you do to resolve this? I’m having the same issue.

@cjcoughlan – deleted the nextgen-gallery-pro folder and unzipped a fresh copy that was newer than the version i started with and re-did the built in update process after restoring my license key. since i don’t know the login to the nextgen site i just googled for a zip of the pro plugin and used one that was slightly older than the latest release.
