White screens BUT ONLY when I click certain links in dashboard

I have an odd issue. I know there is the WSOD but this is a little different. I notice that when I try to save some changes, like a saving a new password for a user, once I click save I get a white screen. Same thing happens when I do things like clearing cache too (using WT3C). Any suggestions? I have tried reinstalling wordpress and trying to disable my plugins folder causes the site to go down. I tried disabling anything one by one (anything new or updated recently) but that doesn’t seem to fix it. Any clues?
