    Hi

    I have connected my Instagram account – it shows as an authorised app,
    I have put the short code in the webpage, but see nothing.

    I have tried deactivating all plugins.

    I would appreciate your help! Thanks

    Hi @pdagnall,
    please try to change the browser that you used to connect your Instagram profile
    and try to connect your IG profile with the new browser.
