white space around container

How do I get rid of the white space around the container?… top, bottom, left and right.
All spacing is set to zero as regards container spacing settings etc
I tried this css below which worked at first then the whole container disappeared

color: inherit;
margin-top: -8px;
margin-bottom: -8px;
margin-left: -8px;
margin-right: -8px;

Thanks for writing to us.
This seems not to be a Spectra issue but may be coming from your theme. I tried to switch to the Astra theme and the spaces are now not visible as shown here:?https://share.getcloudapp.com/04u62Ayp
Please check out your theme configs and see whether there are margin or padding configs adding the spaces.
