White space below home page slider

Hello,

I have been working in my website https://www.bethaniemissionofhaiti.com. And the slider I placed on my homepage, will not allow an image to cover the full header area, it either leave a large white space on the bottom, or crops the photo so close the image is no longer useable. How do I fix this?
