TranslatePress is very nice and simple to use. I am actually impressed by it, after using WPML for some time now. However, the fact that TranslatePress simple ignores spaces between words that are there in the original is really frustrating.

1.) I have tried the merge tool, but that will also merge my design tags, so I can use it.

2.) I have tried adding non-breaking space   but it doesn’t work. It simply does not show up.

This is super frustrating. I have read the other threads, but non offer any solution that works.

Can anyone give me an honest opinion if this was ever solved in TranslatePress?

    Thanks.

Opps, sorry about that. I realized that using non-breaking space does work. Just need to set it up in the advanced feature. Please, consider this case closed (and thank you for creating a wonderful plugin).
