In the Shipping area, the customer is asked to select a state and there is white text on a white background making everything invisible. I would like to have black text on a white background. How do I do this? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!

  • Hi there,

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with another plugin.

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a plugin is to temporarily disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session without affecting normal visitors to your site.

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

    I hope this helps!

Thank you Etienne, I will install that plugin and check things out. Before I got your message someone sent me a snippet of CSS code that fixed the problem. But I do want to identify which plugin is causing the issue, so thanks for the recommended Health Check plugin and some direction on where to look and how to check for conflicts.
