At some point, our quarterly form testing submissions have been marked as spam and now it seems impossible for any of our admins to make a form submission that isn’t caught as spam. We’ve tried different email / IP address etc, marking entries as not spam. Looking through the other entries it seems that no other legitimate form submissions are being caught as spam to apart from our admins, so Zero Spam is doing a really good job! Can we whitelist admin users or reset the spam identification.

Thanks for the suggestion! It was good timing ?? We just released an update with that functionality: in version 1.4.4, if you’re able to edit entries, Gravity Forms Zero Spam won’t run.

    Thanks again!

I can see that this works when admin logged in and testing form whilst logged in. But we test forms and other functions on the site whilst not logged in or using a different browser or an incognito/private window so that we know how it is operating on the front end. I dont think it is working for that unfortunately.

Most likely resolved the issue after further testing. We had two instances of the same Gravity Form on the page in order to make responsive layouts easier. Deleted one of these and we are no longer getting false spam indications. Still have to do a final check on whether caching is an issue but I think we know the main cause of the problem now.
