    Everything is working great and when I use my email address, I receive all emails.

    But – when I want to send it to another email address, it is not coming through.

    Obviously the emails are being sent, but probably being caught in the spam filter. What address or domain should I use to whitelist emails sent from ninja forms?

    Hi Nicole,

    Unfortunately, there isn’t a sure-fire way of ensuring that your emails make it to your users’ inboxes. The best you can do is to have a well-formed from email address; try using something like:

    “Nicole Harris” <[email protected]>

    Hopefully I can tag on to this – We are having the same issue. E-mails go out to everyone but 1 domain. The domain that is the same host as our wordpress site. I’ve allowed all Spam to come through out Exchange with policies. However, I don’t see it even getting any NDR.

    I added an e-mail address in the SENT FROM box but still don’t see that populating the e-mails I do receive:
    homes<[email protected]>
