    Could you let me know the message they got when trying to log in?

    Thanks!

    It’s a normal security violation message.
    “Your IP (59.152.99.2) has been flagged for potential security violations.” I added that IP address 59.152.99.2 in white list.

    Could you try to add the following to your site’s wp-config.php file, and let me know if it helps?

    define( 'JETPACK_IP_ADDRESS_OK', '59.152.99.2');

    There are four of us working on a site and I deliberately left off one IP address on the whitelist. He was still able to get in. Help!!!

    @burrisp Jetpack’s Protect module doesn’t block everyone by default. Only IPs with some suspicious activity will be blacklisted.

    If you want to block all access to your log in form by default, and then build a whitelist of IPs that will have access to the form, you’ll need to use a different plugin.

    I hope this helps. If you have more questions, could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?

    Thank you!
