Whitelist IP addresses

I use SEMRush on my sites, and since using litespeed WP plugin I am getting some errors – Duplicate Content, Odd Redirects, Incorrect unauthorised access erros etc. SemRush have suggested that I whitelist their IP addresses – which Ive done in Wordfence with no effect, and so Im wondering if I need to whitelist in LItespeed – and how I would go about doing that?
