    Hello,

When using the whitelist, we are noticing the following:

All but one user on the list can initially reach the login page. The one who cannot has been verified as supplying the correct IP and the IP is listed in the whitelist as their IP (which is static) as well as a range. It is an IPv4 and they do not have an IPv6 to add to the list.

I have verified that their IP and range is in .htaccess in the section for whitelist.

The second issue is that this is happening to myself as well. I will login fine but if I try from my phone or another computer on the same wifi IP range I cannot access the login page as if I am not on the whitelist.

We use the traditional login page location not a new secret page.

I am seeking a real fix to this. Please do not respond sending me instructions on how to revert .htaccess to allow access or how to reset settings. I need to know how to fix this problem so that we can use this feature of your plugin.

The plugin and WordPress are the most recent version and we are on pho 5.6.

    Thank you.

    Hi @hipgloss,
For those IP addresses which you say you are having issues, what exactly do you see when you try to access the login page?

Obviously without having access to your site and logs, it is difficult for me to be able to determine the cause of the apparently unexpected behaviour you are seeing.

I recommend that you contact your host support people and show them the .htaccess code for the whitelist feature and tell them that some of the IP addresses listed in the whitelist are not being allowed access. They should be able to help you troubleshoot the problem.
