I have noticed in the past few months my offshore freelancers can login to the sites they work on without their IP addresses being added to the whitelist. In the past I would always need to add their IP’s to enable them to have access.

Anyone can log into your website unless WP Cerber detects suspicious activity from a remote (offshore) computer or a remote network. Possibly your freelancers had IP addresses from such a network. Now they use different IP addresses from a different network, or suspicious requests do not come from those networks.

Whatever it was caused, you should not worry about that.

Thank you for your explanation. We did however use this feature as intended for many years and nobody was ever able to login unless we whitelisted their IP. In the past 6 months though anyone we give a login to can login without us whitelisting their IP.
