The IPs of the Site24x7 service are already whitelisted globally. So that they are not blocked by CleanTalk.

Hi! Thanks for the information! Glad to hear that site24x7 is already whitelisted. I am having a problem with vahi.org being reported as up and down by site24x7 very frequently, and they saw an error similar to the one I am getting frequently on another site of mine docinabunker.com. Here is the error:

Do you know what could be causing this error? It does not ever redirect to the website. I just stays on this page, counting down.

I did see that site24x7 added some new IPs to their list, in case those need to be added?

It looks like the IP 136.55.4.104 was added in site24x7 list recently.

I recommend you to add the following IP in your personal whitelist here:
https://cleantalk.org/my/show_private?service_type=spamfirewall

We in turn are going to whitelist all their new IP addresses.

It may take 2-3 days.

I think 136.55.4.104 is my IP address.

Oh, I’m sorry for misunderstanding.

The Anti-Crawler feature requires a special cookie for each IP and browser. After the first visit to the site, there should be no blocking.
Could you please let me know, are you using regular or incoginito mode of your browser?

I am using a regular browser (Chrome), not incognito.

I just tried it in incognito, and I got the same screen, but then it directed me to the website. Is there a way to keep that message from popping up?

I’ve tested your website and didn’t receive a blocking screen and most likely other visitors don’t receive it too.

I would recommend you to add your IP to whitelists here:
https://cleantalk.org/my/show_private?service_type=spamfirewall

After that, go to the plugin settings and press the button “Synchronize with cloud”.

We’ve made some fixed in the anti-spam plugin to avoid such blocks.

Please, install the anti-plugin from this archive:

If the blocks still persists please ask Site24x7 team which IPs are being blocked, as we didn’t find any blocked IPs of Site24x7 in your logs.

Hi! Thank you! That seems to have corrected the issues I am having with docinabunker.com.

I have one other website that is also having trouble. vahi.org I keep getting false downtime reports from site24x7. I was given this screenshot by support.

They also said that sometimes they get this URL when they go to the site:
https://vahi.org/?sfw=pass1620280348

I already updated this website with the new code you provided that fixed my other site, but vahi.org is still not working correctly. Any ideas?

If you see any false blocking, please, add the blocked IPs to your Personal Lists here:
https://cleantalk.org/my/show_private?service_type=spamfirewall

Then synchronize the plugin:
? WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> press the button “Synchronize with Cloud”

It will solve the issue.
