I manage a very large children’s Educational multisite. Children can create their own sites therefore we need to ensure they do not have access to anything that maybe be considered inappropriate for them.

Consequently I am using the WordPress filter ‘allowed_block_types’ to whitelist the blocks for the students to view and use, this includes the use of the Jetpack blocks.

We are having an issue with the jetpack/earn block, I have NOT included the earn block in the whitelist. When using the WordPress block editor to add blocks the Earn section is not visible but when using the ‘edit site’ editor it is visible to select. There may also be other blocks that can be used with the site editor I notice that Salesforce Lead form is available to select in both post/page editor and site editor.

How can I ensure that any blocks that are not whitelisted within the WP filter ‘allowed_block_types’ are not displayed for selection in the site editor or the post/page editor please?

    Thank for you help
