I am using oceanwp theme. I added text content to a custom field using tinymce editor. Now I create a page with elementor and insert the custom field contents into it. The text in the page appears to get fonts randomly. I can’t figure out which of the three – oceanwp, elementor or tinymce gets the final say in applying the font.

I am going to give post creating feature to my client, they can mess up with the fonts. So I want the font to be applied by elementor which only I have access to. Elementor styles must override all others. How to do it?

  • Hi,

Basically, if you don’t apply any fonts on the Elementor Editor, the fonts should arrive from your theme (OceanWP).

If you wish Elementor’s default fonts to be applied over your theme’s fonts, you could go to WP Dashboard > Settings, and leave the Disable Default Fonts unmarked.

I hope this information helped you with your question.
