Who are the up and coming WordPress Peeps, Developers, Websites, Etc?

  • Writing an article on the up and coming WordPress developers, users, websites, etc? Not looking for all of the brand name people, but definitely not newbies. Does anyone know someone that I can include in the article and why? If you give a solid quote, I will link to your site as well. Thanks!
