Who can help with Smart Coupons??

    Hi, I set up Smart Coupons from StoreApps and have a lot of trouble. Coupons are not displayed in “my Account” and fields to enter name and email address to send a coupon to someone else are not showing. I wasted half a day fiddling around with settings and can’t get find a way to get rid of these bugs.

    The documentation only mentioned (like always) to test with a standard template, which I did (Hello Elementor and Storefront), and which shows the exact same issues.

    It was meant to go out on a Valentine’s day newsletter Monday morning to 11,000 customers, and I just can’t get it to work. I am seriously in need of help here.

    The Smart Coupons plugin recently updated its code; please try updating it to the latest version and check if the issue persists.

    If it not solved after that, since this is related to Smart Coupons, you have access to our Premium support; please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Thank you. I already have the latest version 4.36 installed.

    The WooCommerce support form is missing “Smart Coupons” in the list of supported plugins. The reason why I posted it in the public forum. Do you want me to select the Woo core plugin instead?

    Hi Volker!

    In that case, you would need to log in first into WooCommerce.com, with the account you used to buy the Smart Coupons plugin.

    Once you do it, you can make your request at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support, and all the products you have will be available to select.
