Who Can Make WordPress Work In GoDaddy?

I have a WordPress website that’s hosted by GoDaddy. The website was shut down and was just restored by GoDaddy. The database files are in my GoDaddy account, but I can’t get the website up and running. The tech support rep at GoDaddy that I spoke with believes that the job is very quick and simple, but he’s not a WordPress expert and couldn’t help me.

I’m looking for a professional that I can pay and speak with on the phone and that can go online to GoDaddy and get my website back up. After that, I need some hand-holding to help me get my WordPress Blog back up and running.
