  • This is really really custom coding. And not really that fast to explain via this forum, certainly if you want a seperate UI to add states.
About the App-request: i’m my opinion it’s undoable without even building a new app. You could also use an sms-service like Twilio that sends out an sms when a new order is passed.

I would just go for two receivers; so entering both mailadresses in the Woocommerce -> settings -> E-Mail. Cause if they login as an “admin” they see “each others” orders anyway. And they need be logged in probably to complete the order.

How to make the admins receive order based on customer state address

I understand that you want to customize your site’s interface so that the two admins on your site will receive the order based on the selected state address of the customer, correct?

This is a fairly complex development topic that would require customization to do it. Since custom coding is outside our scope of support, I am leaving this thread open for a bit to see if anyone can chime in to help you out.

For questions related to development and custom coding, your best bet is to ask on any of these channels for support. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, too.

    Hope this helps!
