who to get access to admin of this site

  • Hello All,
    Twice I posted my problem here but no luck in solving it.

    Who is the ADMIN of this site and How to contact him/his?

    My PROBLEM: according to tests my website – IP 203.219.88.185 (https://aaajonesuhanov.com) was BLOCKED by www.ads-software.com by unknown reasons and I have no access to my website and Admin area since.
    So please UNBLOCK my above IP address because I don’t want to change it.

  • This is a community forum for www.ads-software.com – a free, open source server-based software. We don’t run or host any websites here – perhaps you’re mistaking us for WordPress.com? Your best help, based on what I can glean from your post which is a bit light on details, is to contact the company that actually hosts your website for help figuring out what might be happening.

    www.ads-software.com does not block access to any site. There’s no way for anyone on this site to block anything on your site.

    Do you have any security plugins installed? That’s almost always what adds blocking as you’re describing.

    Just a guess, but this is probably related to https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-restore-my-website-on-wordpressorg

    Again, aaajones, it’s either a security plugin you have installed or your hosting provider doing the blocking. www.ads-software.com has absolutely no control over your site.
