Whoa There! How to fix Twitter API Error?

    I am trying to set up my Twitter API with Microblog Poster. I followed all the guidelines, but when a click ‘Authorize this Twitter account’ in the final step, I receive the following message on Twitter:

    Whoa there!
    The request token for this page is invalid. It may have already been used, or expired because it is too old. Please go back to the site or application that sent you here and try again; it was probably just a mistake.

    I tried refreshing the API key and API secret key and entered them again, but it still sends the same error message.

    Is there something that can be done to fix this error?
