Whois lookup not working

I’m trying to use the Wordfence Whois option to research some blocked IPs. It just give me the following error. Frustrating. I looked at the FAQ linked below, it doesn’t help with any fixes. Anyone know what the deal is? Would be nice to use this Wordfence feature. MTN
