Who.is option highly inaccurate or not working, But geoplugin seems to work..

Find that the “who.is IP to Country service – https://who.is” service is not working properly. For example I have it set that only the US/UK/Canada. But if I use the default “who.is” service it doesnt block
Singapore,Australia and Brazil..

But if I use Geoplugin it is seems to do the job. Didnt Try the others
