    Hi,

The plugin worked fine but is not showing the whole newsletter. I tried adding a height property to the wp-embed class and it worked. A scrollbar appeared in order to display the whole newsletter.

I know that custom css cannot override the plugin’s css. Can you kindly look into this issue and provide a fix?

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Thanks,
    Audrey

  • I’m having the exact same issue here. Please let me know if you figure something out Audrey, or hopefully support will come through for us!

    Thanks!

This is also happening for me. The newsletter is cutoff after 1000px.

Adding height or width parameters to the shortcode doesn’t work for me either.
    ex. [campaign id=”642f031e96″ width=”800px” height=”3000px”]
No difference in appearance than simply [campaign id=”642f031e96″]

I’ve also tried adding CSS to the iframe.
iframe{overflow:scroll}; and that does nothing. I’d be happy if I could figure out a way to either have scrolling within the iframe or if the height attribute in the shortcode worked so I could set a custom height for each campaign.

    Help please!

    Hi all,

Can i ask how you got your newsletters to show on a page in your website? I have downloaded the plugin and imported newsletters but just have no idea what to do from here!

    Thanks
    L

I am having the same issue of the whole newsletter not showing. I have searched the whole site and cannot find where to adjust the height parameter.

Great Plugin, but I need to show the whole newsletter!

    Please Help!

–lyndad4y :: after I imported my campaigns I added a link to the latest newsletter in a page and it displayed the newsletter, or the top half of it. Hope this helps!

Having this issue as well. Width property works in shortcode but height is unaffected.

It is a fantastic plugin apart from this one issue!

I have the same issue here. With no solutions, Im afraid it’s a deal breaker…

    Hi,
Is there any solution to this issue?
The newsletters are pulling through fine but are cut off half way down the page. I can’t edit the code to alter the width/height.
    The theme is picolight
    Any help much appreciated!

    Hi everyone,
First of, sorry for the delay in answering.
I unfortunately not had time to maintain this module lately.

width/Height issues are tricky, but I got you: it’s critical.

Could you please provide me with some example URLs where you’re having issues with the embed campaigns? @imajared @mjmcfadyen @juiceycow and everyone else having this issue.

That will me a lot to scope and to reproduce the bugs.

You can of course send me your URLs by email if you don’t want it to be public on this forum.

I am having the same problem. There is no scroll bar to allow reading the entire newsletter.

I’ve double checked your example @kgoebel.
Strangely, the iframe height is kind of fixed to “1000px”.
    See this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/HhbKXDs.png

Even if we force it to be higher than that with inline CSS, it automatically gets back to 1000px.

I will investigate a bit more and let you know if I find a solution.

    Any luck with this?

@matthieuscarset-1, you can see my example here.

    Hi everyone.
I have debug the situation thanks to @jcrowell’s example (thanks for that).
It seems that there is some JS code interfering with the iframe styles.

Iframe’s height is correctly if I disable JS.

I will try to make a fix and release a new version soon.

    Thanks again for your patience.

The issue is a little bit more complex than expected.
There is actually a Javascript script from WordPress core itself which forces resize of the embed iframe automatically.

I am trying to find a fix or a workaround.

    Thank you for your patience.

Any news? Is there a fix?
