Whole Interface wiped Out After Plugin Update

Lost my whole backend interface when adding a new car. I triedto add one today and all of the entires to add the vin and all the vehicle information is gone. I had not updated plugins in a while and updated them all and now the interface is broken.

The front seems fine its just on the adding a car level. Its like the whole plugin interface is now missing from the add a new vehicle pages.
