Whole website theme got reset

  • Hello! I recently wanted to use woocommerce and I did the steps on its dashboard (create product, create taxes (i installed jetpack). I did and somehow it also let me connect my wordpress.com account with. ( I just made the account today ).

    Since I have installed and connect my new wordpress.com – account my whole website change. All the sites are there but the whole theme reseted itself. The font, font- color, the navigation, every menu I have to put in again.

    I don′t know what is happening. I also opened the F12 key.

  • Hello are you using wordpress on wordpress.com or are you using it on a host that you pay for?

    Woocommerce would not have overwritten the entire theme,
    do you have a domain pointing to a host?

    If you are working on your site in wordpress.com – do you pay them and if so there should be a backup, or I’ve found their support helpful.
