“Wholesale Customer” Not an Option

    I’m not seeing the “Wholesale Customer” role showing up now when trying to create or edit a new user, as described here: https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/how-to-setup-basic-wholesale-pricing-in-woocommerce-store/

    I do see the “Wholesale Product” selection box on the top, right of the Edit Product page but, when I select that box, it doesn’t give me the option to add the dollar or percentage discount or price under the Product Data – Wholesale Prices section.

    In other words, it’s not giving me the same options as shown on the set up page, so I’m at a loss for how to set up the products and individual customers with this pricing. Am I missing a step?

    Hi @cairn0967, can you please confirm you are using the WooCommerce Wholesale Prices plugin by Rymera Web Co and not some other plugin of the same name?

    We don’t have a box on the top right of the edit screen in our plugin.

    If it is indeed our plugin, try deactivating and reactivating the plugin (but I suspect it is not our plugin you are using!)
