    Good Afternoon,

    I installed Woo discount rules but the discount for wholesale clients does not function correctly.

    I changed my user role to wholesale.

    Choose a discount type > Bulk discount
    Filter:
    Category > In List > (Product category the rule apply to)
    On Sale Products > Exclude

    Discount:
    Minimum Quantity – 1
    Max Quantity – 10000
    Discount Type – Percentage Discount
    Discount Value – 25
    Title Column – Label

    Checked – Show discount in cart as coupon instead of changing the product price? – Wholesale

    Rules
    Conditions Relationshi > Match All
    User > In List > Wholesale
    Subtotal >= 10000

    Do you use any plugin to set prices for wholesale customers?

    Can you please have a check by unchecking this option “Show discount in cart as coupon instead of changing the product price?”

    We would like to let you know, that the discount works only on the wholesale customer login and also when the subtotal is higher than 10000 as per your discount configuration.

    Can you please create a support request with this link, including the screenshots of the discount rules created and also the cart page screenshot?
    So, that one of our support staff would take a look and guide you accordingly.
