Wholesale only products

  • Hi Support,

    I uploaded a csv to make certain products wholesale only.

    But only some of them are changed to wholesale only, and some are not, even though they are set to wholesale only in the csv.

    Is this a known issue or something?

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you have encountered.

    With due respect, this sort of issue should not have happened. Could you please look into the CSV file and check whether the meta key _whols_mark_this_product_as_wholesale is properly set or not?

    If the meta key is set properly and still you are having the same issue, please create a ticket on our support website.
