    Hello,

I’ve installed Wholesale Prices on my WordPress installation and all was working well until I added in some variation prices.

The product variation prices are 19,24 (wholesale) but once logged in as a customer, the site displays: 1,924,00 for the Euro priced product.

Is this able to be sorted or is it a permanent bug within the plugin?

    Thanks in advance.

    Chris

Hey Chris @mediashark78, this isn’t normal, but we have a lot of users in Europe so I’m hoping this is a config issue.

Can you let me know what your currency settings are?

Would be great if you can share a screenshot, you’ll find them under WooCommerce->Settings->General tab, down the bottom of the page.

    Thanks in advance ??

    Hi Josh,

I’ve managed to fix the issue.

It appears that inside the Woocommerce settings, the currency separators confuse the situation when EU is selected. Comma is selected by default in both the thousands and decimal selector by default. I changed the decimal separator to ‘.’ rather than a comma and that fixed the situation.

Thank you for your speedy reply.
