Wholesale prices – shipping and order minimum

Hello, I have installed the Wholesale prices plugin and currently have the free versione. I only need one role, which is wholesale customer and it is already set. However, I do need to specify order minimums and shipping costs for wholesale customers, can this be done only with the paid version? or can I set these parameters even with the free version?
