Wholesale prices showing issue

I have tried to generate the issue on my local environment but couldn’t produce the issues . Would you please give some screenshots with the details for both issue so that we can understand the issues properly and give you a proper solution. Also please give us the plugin list and the theme name you are using. Thanks.

While being logged in as B2B, these prices are the retail prices excl. VAT (instead of the wholesale prices) and they also have a discount which should only apply on B2C and not on B2B.

Are there any further screenshots required?

I have not created a dynamic rule. I need specific wholesale price for each product not a bulk rule or something and hence I have put a price on the “Sale Price” field as shown below:

Regarding the discounts, we just want the discounts to be solely for B2C customers and not B2B.

For your first issue about wholesale price not showing in shop and product page . Please check deactivating the Advance Dynamic Pricing Plugin . Let me know if that works.

and for the 2nd issue Advance Dynamic Pricing and our plugin are both do similar jobs for Dynamic Pricing . Perhaps its a conflict issue. Our Developer will look into this and take necessary steps to fix the issue.

I’ve figured what the issue seems to be fyi.
When there is a B2C discount, there are 2 prices showing, one crossed out with the pre-discount price and one with the new discounted price.
Since the discounts are wrongly being transfered from the B2C to the B2B as well (my 2nd issue) there is not room left for the wholesale price to be displayed and that’s why it is not shown on the shop page at all.

If the second issue gets resolved then the first one will also be resolved as it seems.

On top of that, “Hide Retail Price” setting option doesn’t seem to work either.
