    Hello, we’re having issues with the plugin since the 12.2.5?update. It looks like the changes to checking the wholesale prices has removed all of our products with wholesale prices from our product feed.

    • The code is now checking for a different meta key, was previously wholesale_customer_have_wholesale_price and now wwpp_product_wholesale_visibility_filter
    • The conditional statement underneath is now different, previously it was checking if that meta key contained the word ‘yes’ but now it’s checking to see if it doesn’t include the word ‘all’.?

    Please can these changes be double checked? Has anyone else reported issues with this?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    When you are using the Wholesale suite by Rymera than products with wholesale prices that are only being sold to wholesale customers will automatically be removed from feeds by our plugin.     So, did you set your products to be visible to wholesale customers only?

    Hello, thanks for coming back to me. None of our products are set to restricted to wholesale only. All customers can see all products, we just set a different price for wholesale. I have double checked the box on the side of the product (Restrict to wholesale roles) and this is empty.

    I can’t see that box for category restriction, that may be a pro feature of wholesale.

    In that case the products should just make it to your feed.

    You mentioned something about having created filters. Did you already try removing those filters to see if that makes your products show up in your feed again?

    The feed we were mainly looking at was All Products feed which has no filters on, the person who handles this usually is off today and I’m off Monday, on Tuesday I will get a xml download of the products while on 12.4.2 then upgrade and get a download of what it changes the feed to, see if it is definitely just wholesale affected and update here Tuesday

    Hello, I see in the change log for the latest version of the plugin from the 18th April there is the update ‘Fixed an issue where not all products with wholesale prices are making it to feeds’ – was this related to my issue above?

    Yes it could be related indeed. Did you update the plugin already and does it solve the issue at hand for you?

    Hello, yes I’ve updated it now and the feed is still working, I’ll close this off
