Wholesale Roles

Hello,

I use a program to manage my store (woocommerce). In this manager I have an option that is “resale price”. By checking this option I can add a different value for resellers.
This manager uses the wholesale_customer key from the Wholesale Suite to add this value. In the backoffice, the field appears filled in correctly.
Now I’m using the premium version of the plugin, I’ve added a new rule for a new reseller with the wholesale_basic key.
I asked the developer of the manager I use to fill in the “wholesale_basic” price field with the same price as wholesale_customer, but it’s not working.
Do not fill in (blank) the field in the backoffice for “wholesale_basic”.
Please how do I solve this problem?
