    Hello

    I’ve tried multiple times to connect my woocommerce store to facebook via this plugin but it keeps displaying “Whoops, looks like something went wrong” every time.

    Notting that :
    – I’m the admin and owner of all Facebook assets and Business Manager
    – I’ve enabled 2FA
    – wc_facebook_external_business_id includes only supported characters

    Same issue here. Log shows unable to detect valid feed configuration : No catalog ID.

    This seems to be a bug with the plugin integration to Facebook and it not detecting the selected catalog.

    Hi there,

    Unable to detect valid feed configuration: No catalog ID.

    To solve this, first, I would suggest navigating to https://<yourdomain>/wp-admin/options.php and confirming that “wc_facebook_external_business_id” is not blank and does not contain non-Latin characters.
    This is a common cause of the problem you are encountering.
    If there are non-Latin characters, please update the field and then try to connect to Facebook again. You can check more details here.

    We have seen cases where deactivating and re-enabling 2FA for the private/business account solved the problem.

    I found these solution after reinstallment:
    Go to this page
    https://yourwebsite/wp-admin/options.php

    Then find wc_facebook_… fielnds and check if you have your facebook catalog ID, Pixel ID mentioned. After I put them there the plugin finally connected

    Nice work!
    We have found that this is often caused by incomplete connection data, so your observations are valid.
    Sometimes this appears to be caused by a failed set up attempt. Once partial data in in the database this appears to prevent subsequent attempts.

    The fields that related to Facebook plugin are:
    wc_facebook_external_business_id
    wc_facebook_feed_url_secret
    wc_facebook_for_woocommerce_is_active
    wc_facebook_for_woocommerce_lifecycle_events
    wc_facebook_for_woocommerce_milestone_version`

    where to put facebook catalog ID & Pixel ID?

    There should be fields:
    wc_facebook_pixel_id
    wc_facebook_for_product_catalog_id

    I can confirm the issue has been addressed in version 2.6.10 of the plugin.
    Can you update from 2.6.9 to the latest version and try the setup again?

    Updated the plugin , tried again to connect and this error appeard.
