Hello,
Like many others, I also have the problem that I can’t connect my store to Facebook. I go through the complete setup and follow all the instructions but at the end when I finish I get the error message “Whoops, looks like something went wrong” and when I refresh the page it just says “Token exchange failed”. I found these solution after reinstallment:
Go to this page
https://yourwebsite/wp-admin/options.php

Then find wc_facebook_… fielnds and check if you have your facebook catalog ID, Pixel ID mentioned. After I put them there the plugin finally connected
