Who’s TOS to Adhere To?

    I am using WP’s application through 1and1 webhost. Who’s terms of service am I subject to, and if it is WP’s….where are they located?

    I am new at this, obviously. ??

    WordPress doesn’t come with any Terms Of Service. So the only TOS that you’ll be bound by is 1&1’s.
